VISION
 
To develop students healthy in body and mind.
 
The Physical Education department is dedicated in developing and training students to be fit, not only in body but in mind as well. Lessons are carried out with the following objectives in mind:
 
a) Improve and sustain overall physical fitness
b) Impart knowledge in specific fitness
c) Motivate and train students to pass their NAPFA test
d) Impart knowledge and monitor the weight of students in the unhealthy weight range
e) Teach students sports and games in terms of skill, rules and strategy
f) Impart Olympic Values and the Spirit of Sportsmanship
g) Equip them with the knowledge and know-how in maintaining a healthy lifestyle that will enrich their lives when they leave the Education System
