1. Create vibrant, self directed learning communities through online platforms.
2. Promote pedagogical innovation in teaching and learning through meaningful integration of ICT.
3. Increase the use of ICT by teachers in learning through modeling and sharing of best practices of authentic use of ICT.
4. Drive the use of ICT through ICT & IP departments’ collaboration so that applications can be practical and relevant.
5. Pupils involved in activities that promote higher-order thinking skills and collaboration through the use of ICT.
6. Integrate the use of ICT in curriculum, instruction and assessment.
7. Ensuring a positive ICT usage experience through adequate ICT support (hardware, resources and services) for the staff and students.
8. Adopt research as a data-driven approach to ascertain effectiveness in using ICT.
